Avilingo was founded in Antalya, Turkey — one of the world's most active aviation hubs — with a mission that went beyond language testing. We saw a clear gap: aviation professionals at every level, from ab initio cabin crew candidates to senior captains, were navigating career challenges without the right support system.
Generic coaching wasn't enough. Off-the-shelf assessment platforms didn't understand the nuances of aviation English. And corporate training programmes rarely reflected the real operational pressures of airline life. So we built something different.
