1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Avilingo website (avilingo.co) and any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Avilingo Havacılık Eğitim Ltd. Şti., registered in Antalya, Turkey.

2. Services

Avilingo provides the following services:

  • Individual coaching services (cabin crew, pilot, aviation English, career, mentoring, mental counselling, CV)
  • Corporate training programmes and workshops
  • Leadership development and coaching
  • Recruitment consulting and assessment services
  • e-Test language assessment platform

All services are subject to separate service agreements. Enquiring via the website does not constitute a binding contract.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, assessment questions, course materials, and design — is the exclusive property of Avilingo Havacılık Eğitim Ltd. Şti. and is protected by Turkish and international copyright law.

4. User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree not to submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or share assessment content from the e-Test platform.

5. e-Test Platform Rules

Candidates using the Avilingo e-Test assessment platform agree to the following additional rules:

  • You must not share, screenshot, or reproduce any assessment questions.
  • You must complete the assessment independently.
  • You consent to proctoring measures including facial recognition and screen monitoring.
  • Any attempt to cheat will result in immediate disqualification.

6. Confidentiality

All individual coaching, mentoring, and mental counselling sessions are conducted in strict confidence. Avilingo will not disclose the content of individual sessions to any third party without your explicit consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
